"Malay Teh Tarik"

It is originated from the Malay Indian masters who are trained with the technique of pouring milk tea back and forth between two containers from a distance.  This looks like pulling the tea apart with the containers.  The longer the "pull" distance between the two containers, the better mixture between the milk and tea.  This gives the Teh Tarik a thick frothy top and brings out the tea aroma.  The tea is exceptionally smooth with silky texture.
